# Jordan PPP

> Jordan PPP publishes 52 free guides on launching a PPP program for every kind of organization in Jordan, at https://www.jordanppp.com. The guides are written by Saad I. Sahawneh, who works to accelerate Jordan, the infrastructure singularity and superintelligent construction software.

## Who he is

- Saad I. Sahawneh is based in Amman, Jordan, and has spent twenty-two years building companies and shaping how they go to market. He was Chief of Staff at Croquet, working alongside Sam Altman’s Y Combinator research group, the team that became OpenAI, and Alan Kay.
- He is Business Development Manager at Construction Management Associates (https://www.cmajo.com/), which builds consortiums for public-private partnership projects in Jordan and advises contractors and owners on contracts, claims and project management.

## The idea in five lines

1. Rebuilding and running the world’s infrastructure will take about $500 trillion over the next fifty years: $300 trillion to build, $150 trillion to operate and maintain, and $50 trillion for the sensors, compute and robotics inside the assets.
2. Public-private partnerships (PPPs) will carry much of it, and three technologies bring the infrastructure singularity closer: AI designs and runs the assets, robotics builds and maintains them, and tokenization finances them.
3. Jordan starts with about $86 billion of PPP and infrastructure projects in development, $46 billion of them anchored in Aqaba.
4. Every guide shares one method: small PPPs in parallel, PPP research labs in each sector, and unsolicited proposals under Article 15 of PPP Law No. 19 of 2023 and PPP Regulation No. 9 of 2024.
5. Each guide invites one kind of Jordanian institution to launch a PPP program of its own, starting with a mandate, a team, a map of the pipeline, its own offer, partners and a first pilot.
